Mr. Liu has served as our Chairman since June 2024. He is also the founder and CEO of Cheetah Net (Nasdaq: CTNT) and has extensive experience in business development, investor relations, and corporate administration. Mr. Liu holds a Master’s in Finance from Brandeis University and a Bachelor’s in Finance and Law from Harbin Engineering University.
Ms. Chen has served as our CEO, President, and Director since January 2025. She has over 25 years of experience in investment management and executive leadership across the U.S. and China. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Southwest Agricultural University.
Dr. He is a professor of biological breeding at Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University, with over 20 years of experience in plant genomics, molecular breeding, and academic leadership. He holds a Ph.D. in Agronomy and a B.S. in Physics from Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University.
Ms. Tian is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over 20 years of experience in financial management, auditing, and internal controls, including extensive involvement in IPO preparation and corporate compliance. She has served as CFO and Senior Consulting Advisor, leading more than 100 audit engagements and conducting in-depth financial statement analysis across a wide range of enterprises. Ms. Tian holds an MBA from the Central University of Finance and Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in Auditing from the Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, and brings strong financial expertise and governance insight to the Board.
Mr. Lu has extensive experience in corporate finance, business operations and strategic management. He has served in several leadership roles in technology and service companies and brings strong governance and analytical capabilities to the Board.
